Our Mission
Improving Community Health Through Promotion and Education
Who We Are
Northwest Florida Rural Health Network is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the overall health status of the communities we serve. We work collaboratively with local health departments, hospitals, community organizations, and residents to identify and address the health needs of rural Northwest Florida.
Our network spans Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and Walton Counties — a region where access to quality healthcare can be challenging due to geographic and economic barriers. We bridge those gaps through outreach, education, and coordinated services.
What We Stand For
Health Resources
We help rural community residents navigate and connect with health and social service programs available to them — so no one has to figure it out alone.
Community Education
Through workshops, screenings, and outreach events, we equip residents with the knowledge they need to make informed health decisions.
Local Access
We connect Northwest Floridians to local health resources, reducing barriers caused by distance, transportation, and limited provider availability.
Collaborative Partnerships
We partner with healthcare providers, government agencies, and community organizations to deliver coordinated, effective health services.
